Jaye is an educator, holistic bodywork practitioner and martial artist. She teaches and guides students and clients from a place of curiosity and discovery, opening pathways towards their own potential for cultivating wellness in their lives. Utilizing the practices of MogaDao Qigong, Yoga and meditation Jaye’s instruction encourages students to resource their own innate energy of vitality.
